We strive to provide our residents with prompt and efficient service. Most of our maintenance repairs are scheduled within 1 business day.
To help us provide faster service, please be as specific as possible in describing the problem that you are experiencing. Maintenance Requests that are not specific (e.g. “Dishwasher is broken”) may be delayed while we contact you for more information on the problem.
Note: For fire, gas or natural disasters, dial 911 before calling us! If you have a maintenance emergency, please call our 24-hour emergency response system at (925) 831-8900 and listen for instructions to report a maintenance emergency.
